Free cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the dive day. A WhatsApp message with your booking reference is enough. Since nothing is paid in advance, there is nothing to refund: a cancelled reservation simply releases your places.
Late cancellation and no-show
A cancellation within 24 hours of the dive day, or not appearing at the confirmed pickup, means the places were held for you and could not be given to another diver. We ask you to let us know as early as you can; in case of illness, tell us and we will find a solution together.
Changes
Moving your reservation to another date, changing the number of divers or switching between the beginner dive and the certified experience is free up to 24 hours before, subject to places being available.
Cancellation by us
If the sea does not allow safe diving, or in any other case where we cannot run the dive, we move your reservation to another date or cancel it free of charge. If you have to end a dive early for your own reasons, the day counts as delivered.
